Belgian Nutrition Society (BNS), The Nutrition Society (NS) and Société Française de Nutrition (SFN) co-organize on 28 and 29 May 2013 in Lille under the auspices of the Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS), a conference on “Sustainable Diet and Food Security”.
This conference will bring together leading European experts in the field who will give lectures spread over five symposia. Two other speakers will debate about genetically modified foods. One session will be devoted to the presentation of their work by 8 post-graduate students or post-doctoral fellows.
This Conference is a unique opportunity to discuss a topic of growing importance in the fields of health, economics, ethics and society in general. Thus, we will be happy to welcome all the participants involved in the fields of health, biology, social sciences and humanities.
